Dear That’s Mine Customer
These terms and conditions cover the sales of products on the website www.thatsmine.com owned by That’s Mine ApS. Søgårdsvej 53, 4160 Herlufmagle, Danmark. VAT no. 40618406
We deliver for free with GLS within Denmark on orders exceeding 799 DKK. We do not offer free shipping outside Denmark. Orders for less than 799 DKK will be delivered from 39 DKK. It is not possible to pick up your order at our warehouse.
We deliver within two working days. If you place your order before 14 o’clock (UTC +1) you will receive your order the next day, as long as it is on stock.
If changes occur, we update the information on the website and contact you, if you will be affected by the changes. We are ready to help you, please write us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at: +45 7090 9808.
Our web shop is open 24/7. The website can temporarily be down due to maintenance. You must be at least 18 years old and own a payment card to shop at That’s Mine.
We accept the following payment cards: Dankort, Visa, Visa Dankort, Mastercard and Mobile Pay.
We only capture the payment when your order has been sent. We do not charge any fees. The payment is effectuated through WooCommerce and Quickpay, which both are approved by Nets as secure payments.
We send orders as fast as possible. If delays occur with GLS, That’s Mine cannot be held responsible. If your order is delivered to a pickup point, you must remember to pick it up before it will be returned to us. The cost of sending it back is paid by you and will not be covered by That’s Mine.
Cancellation before shipment
It is only possible to cancel your order if it has not yet been packed and shipped from our warehouse. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as fast as possible on email@example.com
You have 30 days right of cancellation. They start the day you receive your order. You must notify us within those 30 days about your cancellation.
If you want to return one or more items, you must buy a GLS return label on our website.
When you have purchased a label, we send it to your e-mail and then you must print it out and put it on the package before you return to us. Remember to get a receipt from the post office.
We do not pay you back the shipping cost. If the item you return comes back damaged, we will not refund you the whole amount, as we will no longer be able to sell it. Remember to put your packing slip or order confirmation down the package as well, so we know who sent us the package. Otherwise, we do not know who to refund.
Right of complaint
When shopping at www.thatsmine.com complaints are handled according to the Danish act on purchases (købeloven). You have 24 months to complain.
If complaints are not made timely in accordance with the Danish act on purchases (købeloven) you will lose your right to the claim.
To complain, you must send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and attach a picture of the product. If we accept your complaint, we will offer to either pay your money back, refund part of the paid amount or provide you with a new product. The time of handling complaints can take up to 14 working days. Remember to get a receipt from the post office when you return it to us. We will also refund the cost of return shipping.
Personal Data policy
We are GDPR compliant and only store personal information for necessary purposes, so we can ship orders. We keep the information for five years and delete them afterwards.
You have the right to know which information we hold about you, contact us at email@example.com if you want to gain insights or make changes regarding the data we store about you.
All our products and product designs, names and content on this website are protected by international laws about copyright and brands. You are not allowed to use any of the above without That’s Mines consent.
These terms and conditions are governed by danish law and the danish court shall thus clarify any twist or disagreement.
